Privacy We ensure your privacy and information is protected and maintained by doing everything we can. We will not give out information to others or use it for our own personal use. Everything will remain private. Information collected and how used The information we collect when you order are your address, phone number, email and name. This is used to ensure you are not a bogus sign up and that your activation is successful with us. We will not be using your information for anything else. We do however send the odd email to our customers to let them know of what is happening. Your own responsibility You’re responsible for keeping your log in details private and secure from others. Make sure you keep the username and password in a safe but easily remembered area, this is for your own hosting accounts safety as well as others on the server. Newsletter We may send an email to you once in a while, letting you know of what is going on at Rackset and if things have improved. We will let you know of the changes before the email is sent and any future ideas we would like to try complete, we look for your ideas on our improvements.
